{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-446.576","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 446.576","heading":"Manufactured structures not requiring ownership document or recording in county deed records.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding ORS 446.566 and 446.571, the following manufactured structures do not require an ownership document and need not be recorded in county deed records:\n      (a) Manufactured structures owned by the United States Government.\n      (b) Manufactured structures held as inventory by the manufacturer or a licensed manufactured structure dealer.\n      (c) Manufactured structures exempted under ORS 446.621 (2).\n      (2) Notwithstanding ORS 446.566 and 446.571, an ownership document is not required for a manufactured structure recorded in the county deed records as provided in ORS 446.626.","path":["12 - Public Health","36.
