{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-447.076","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 447.076","heading":"Inspection of minor plumbing installations; rules.","body":"Notwithstanding ORS 455.610, the Department of Consumer and Business Services, with the approval of the State Plumbing Board, shall adopt rules to create a mandatory inspection program for minor plumbing installations made by licensed plumbing contractors in low-rise residential dwellings. The rules adopted by the department shall:\n      (1) Define the term “minor plumbing installations” in a manner that does not include new construction;\n      (2) Designate which minor plumbing installations are under the inspection program; and\n      (3) Provide for random inspection of minor plumbing installations.","path":["12 - Public Health","36.
