The report shall include, but need not be limited to:\n      (1) A summary of actions taken under ORS 448.405 to 448.465, 448.992 and 448.994;\n      (2) An evaluation of the effectiveness of such actions; and\n      (3) Any information and recommendations, including legislative recommendations the department or the authority considers appropriate.","path":["12 - Public Health","36.
