{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-450.650","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 450.650","heading":"Board of directors; terms; qualifications.","body":"(1) The governing body of a water authority shall be a board of directors of five or seven members.\n      (2) The term of office of a director of a water authority is four years.\n      (3) Any elector residing within the proposed water authority is qualified to be a member of the board of directors of the authority.\n      (4) Notwithstanding subsection (3) of this section, a person who is an employee of a water authority is not qualified to serve as a director of the water authority by which the person is employed.","path":["12 - Public Health","36.
