{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-455.208","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 455.208","heading":"Requirements for continued procurement of contract building official’s services.","body":"(1) A city that intends to continue to procure services from a contract building official shall, on or after January 1, 2022:\n      (a) Comply with ORS 455.202; and\n      (b) Submit an updated operating plan to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services that outlines the city’s plan for compliance with ORS 455.202.\n      (2) A city that does not comply with ORS 455.202 or does not submit an updated operating plan as provided in subsection (1)(b) of this section may not procure services from a contract building official unless the city’s procurement occurs for the periods and under the circumstances described in ORS 455.202 (2)(a)(A) and (B).","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
