{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-455.455","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 455.455","heading":"Building inspection and plan review; license required; exception.","body":"(1)(a) A person may not employ an individual to perform specialty code inspections in any specialty area unless the individual has a license issued in that specialty area under ORS 455.457.\n      (b) A person may not engage in specialty code inspections without having a license issued under ORS 455.457 in the specialty area for which the inspection is provided.\n      (c) A person may not employ an individual to perform plan reviews unless the individual has a license issued under ORS 455.457.\n      (d) A person may not engage in reviewing plans without having a license issued under ORS 455.457.\n      (2) The requirements in subsection (1) of this section do not apply to a person who is an employee of the state or of a municipality.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
