{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-456.601","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 456.601","heading":"Statewide housing production dashboard; rules.","body":"(1) The Housing and Community Services Department may adopt rules to implement this section and ORS 456.602.\n      (2) On an annual basis the Housing and Community Services Department shall update a publicly available statewide housing production dashboard.\n      (3) The dashboard shall include, for each city with a population of 10,000 or greater, as defined in ORS 184.451:\n      (a) Progress toward housing production targets in ORS 184.455 (2); and\n      (b) A comparative analysis of progress in comparison to the region and other local governments with similar market types.\n      (4) Information in the dashboard must be based on:\n      (a) Inventory of publicly supported housing, as defined in ORS 456.766, that is maintained by the department; and\n      (b) Information submitted to the department under ORS 197A.110 (3).","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
