{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-459.051","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 459.051","heading":"Procedural rules.","body":"In accordance with the requirements of ORS chapter 183 and after public hearing, the Environmental Quality Commission shall adopt rules:\n      (1) To establish a procedure for local government units to request assistance from the Department of Environmental Quality in the establishment of a landfill under ORS 459.047, and to give notice of such requests.\n      (2) To establish a procedure for obtaining public comment on determinations of need for a landfill made by the commission under ORS 459.049.\n      (3) To provide for public hearings in the area affected by a proposed landfill to be established by the department under ORS 459.049.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
