{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-459a.100","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 459A.100","heading":"Definitions for ORS 459A.100 to 459A.120.","body":"As used in ORS 459A.100 to 459A.120:\n      (1) “Domestic solid waste” includes but is not limited to residential, commercial and institutional wastes generated within this state.\n      (2) “Domestic solid waste” does not include:\n      (a) Sewage sludge or septic tank and cesspool pumpings;\n      (b) Building demolition or construction wastes and land clearing debris, if delivered to a disposal site that is limited to those purposes;\n      (c) Source separated recyclable material, or material recovered at the disposal site;\n      (d) Waste going to an industrial waste facility;\n      (e) Waste received at an ash monofill from an energy recovery facility; or\n      (f) Other material excluded by the Environmental Quality Commission in order to support the policies of ORS 459.015.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
