{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-459a.150","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 459A.150","heading":"Legislative findings; policy.","body":"The Legislative Assembly finds and declares that:\n      (1) It is in the best interests of the State of Oregon for producers of mattresses to take responsibility for developing, implementing and administering a statewide system for the financing, collection and environmentally sound management of discarded mattresses; and\n      (2) It is the State of Oregon’s policy that a statewide system for the financing, collection and environmentally sound management of discarded mattresses:\n      (a) Provide free, convenient and accessible opportunities for collection of mattresses discarded in this state from any person, in both the urban and rural areas of this state;\n      (b) Be technologically feasible and economically practical; and\n      (c) Be consistent with the policies for materials management set forth in ORS 459.015 (2).","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
