{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-459a.236","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 459A.236","heading":"Inspection and audit.","body":"The Department of Environmental Quality shall ensure compliance with ORS 459A.200 to 459A.266 by:\n      (1) Entering into an agreement with the State Board of Pharmacy whereby the board, during routine inspections of retail drug outlets:\n      (a) Inspects drop-off sites located at retail drug outlets; and\n      (b) Informs the department of drop-off sites that are not in compliance with ORS 459A.200 to 459A.266;\n      (2) Inspecting drop-off sites not located at retail drug outlets; and\n      (3) Auditing the records of program operators.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
