{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-459a.751","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 459A.751","heading":"Review of convenience zones.","body":"(1) No less than once every three years, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission shall review each convenience zone specified under ORS 459A.738 and each low-impact convenience zone. The review must include consultation with:\n      (a) The distributor cooperative;\n      (b) Participating dealers within the convenience zone; and\n      (c) If the boundary of the convenience zone is less than three and one-half miles from the redemption center, dealers that would be within the convenience zone if the boundary of the convenience zone were extended to three and one-half miles.\n      (2) In conducting the review, the commission shall consider whether:\n      (a) Any convenience zones specified under ORS 459A.738 should be classified as a low-impact convenience zone; and\n      (b) Any convenience zone specified under ORS 459A.738 should have its boundary expanded.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
