In establishing the percentages the department:\n      (1) Shall establish percentages for each different type of plastic resin;\n      (2) Shall require that at least 15 percent of each plastic resin type be recycled statewide in 1992; and\n      (3) May not establish a required percentage of more than 75 percent before December 31, 1999.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
