{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-462.990","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 462.990","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Except as provided in this section, violations of any provision of this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.\n      (2) Any person violating the provisions of ORS 462.420, 462.430, 462.450, 462.460, 462.470 or 462.415 (2) commits a Class C felony.\n      (3) Any person who conspires or attempts to commit or commits any act of touting as defined in ORS 462.510 commits a Class B misdemeanor.\n      (4) Any person violating the provisions of ORS 462.140 (1) commits a Class A misdemeanor.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
