{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-466.930","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 466.930","heading":"Prohibition on use of perchloroethylene and n-propyl bromide; rules.","body":"(1) As used in this section and ORS 466.935:\n      (a) “Dry cleaning facility” means any facility located in this state that is engaged in dry cleaning apparel and household fabrics for the general public other than a:\n      (A) Facility located on a United States military base; or\n      (B) Prison or other penal institution.\n      (b) “Dry cleaning solvent” means a nonaqueous solvent used for the cleaning of garments or other fabrics at a dry cleaning facility.\n      (c) “N-propyl bromide” means the substance known as n-propyl bromide or nPB, or by the CAS Registry Number 106-94-5.\n      (d) “Perchloroethylene” means the substance known as perchloroethylene, perc or tetrachloroethylene, or by the CAS Registry Number 127-18-4.\n      (2) A person may not use perchloroethylene or n-propyl bromide as a dry cleaning solvent in this state.\n      (3) The Environmental Quality Commission may adopt rules as necessary to enforce the provisions of this section.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
