{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-468a.755","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 468A.755","heading":"Exemptions.","body":"(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, ORS 468A.700 to 468A.750 do not apply to an asbestos abatement project in a private residence if:\n      (a) The residence is occupied by the owner; and\n      (b) The owner occupant is performing the asbestos abatement work.\n      (2) Any person exempt from ORS 468A.700 to 468A.750 under subsection (1) of this section shall handle and dispose of asbestos-containing material in compliance with standards established by the Environmental Quality Commission under ORS 468A.745.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
