{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-469.815","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 469.815","heading":"Status of members; duties; attendance at public meetings; technical assistance.","body":"(1) Persons appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate to serve as Pacific Northwest Electric Power and Conservation Planning Council members shall be considered to be full-time state public officials. Council members shall perform the duties of members of the council as specified in Public Law 96-501, consistently with the priorities contained in section 4 thereof and as otherwise provided in state law.\n      (2) If public meetings are held in the State of Oregon, pursuant to section 4(g)(1) of Public Law 96-501, council members must either attend the meeting or otherwise become familiar with the nature and content of the meeting.\n      (3) A council member may request, and state agencies shall provide, technical assistance to assist the council member in performing the council member’s duties.","path":["13 - Housing, Games, Environment","36A.
