The rules adopted under this section must include:\n      (1) Eligibility criteria for the issuance and renewal of a service permit and the issuance of a temporary service permit;\n      (2) Fees; and\n      (3) Requirements that an applicant for a service permit or temporary service permit be at least 18 years of age and submit to the commission an application in a form and manner acceptable to the commission.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","37.
