{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-475.924","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 475.924","heading":"Definitions for ORS 475.907, 475.924 and 475.925.","body":"As used in ORS 475.907, 475.924 and 475.925:\n      (1) “Controlled substance” means:\n      (a) Cocaine;\n      (b) Methamphetamine;\n      (c) Heroin;\n      (d) Fentanyl; or\n      (e) Ecstasy.\n      (2) “Ecstasy” means:\n      (a) 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine;\n      (b) 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine; or\n      (c) 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-ethylampheta-\nmine.\n      (3) “Mixture or substance” means any mixture or substance, whether or not the mixture or substance is in an ingestible or marketable form at the time of the offense.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","37.
