{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-475a.425","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 475A.425","heading":"Authority to investigate, discipline permit holder.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a permit issued under ORS 475A.483, the Oregon Health Authority may:\n      (a) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the permit; or\n      (b) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the permit.\n      (2) In cases involving the proposed denial of a permit issued under ORS 475A.483, the applicant may not withdraw the applicant’s application.
