{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-475a.586","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 475A.586","heading":"Certain information related to licensure exempt from disclosure.","body":"(1) Subject to subsection (2) of this section, information is exempt from public disclosure under ORS 192.311 to 192.478 if the information is:\n      (a) Personally identifiable information, as defined in ORS 432.005;\n      (b) The address of a premises for which a license has been issued or for which an applicant has proposed licensure under ORS 475A.290, 475A.305 or 475A.594;\n      (c) Related to the security plan or the operational plan for a premises for which a license has been issued or for which an applicant has proposed licensure under ORS 475A.290, 475A.305 or 475A.594; or\n      (d) Related to any record that the Oregon Health Authority determines contains proprietary information of a licensee.\n      (2) The exemption from public disclosure as provided by this section does not apply to:\n      (a) The name of an individual listed on an application, if the individual is a direct owner of the business operating or to be operated under the license; or\n      (b) A request for information if the request is made by a law enforcement agency, unless the information requested is confidential pursuant to ORS 475A.587.\n      (3) For purposes of subsection (2)(a) of this section, an individual is not a direct owner of the business operating or to be operated under the license if:\n      (a) The direct owner of the business operating or to be operated under the license is a legal entity; and\n      (b) The individual is merely a general partner, limited partner, member, shareholder, or other direct or indirect owner of the legal entity.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","37.
