The authority shall determine whether a label submitted under this section complies with ORS 475A.626 and any rule adopted under ORS 475A.626.\n      (2) The authority may impose a fee for submitting a label for preapproval under this section that is reasonably calculated to not exceed the cost of administering this section.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","37.
