{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-475c.197","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 475C.197","heading":"Authority to investigate, discipline permit holder, temporary permit holder.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a permit or temporary permit issued under ORS 475C.273, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may:\n      (a) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the permit or temporary permit;\n      (b) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the permit or temporary permit; or\n      (c) Revoke or suspend a permit for actions that occurred while the permittee held a temporary permit.\n      (2) In cases involving the proposed denial of a permit or temporary permit issued under ORS 475C.273, the applicant for the permit or temporary permit may not withdraw the applicant’s application.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","37.
