{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-475c.257","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 475C.257","heading":"Prohibition against sale of certain marijuana items; rules.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n      (a) “Consumer” means a person who purchases, acquires, owns, holds or uses marijuana items other than for the purpose of resale.\n      (b) “Marijuana item” includes an industrial hemp commodity or product that exceeds:\n      (A) The concentration of adult use cannabinoids established by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission, in consultation with the Oregon Health Authority and the State Department of Agriculture, by rule; or\n      (B) The greater of:\n      (i) A concentration of 0.3 percent total delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol; or\n      (ii) The concentration of total delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol allowed under federal law.\n      (2) A person other than a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475C.097 may not sell marijuana items to a consumer.
