{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-475c.572","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 475C.572","heading":"Authority of Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission over certain persons, license actions.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a license issued under ORS 475C.548, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may:\n      (a) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the license; or\n      (b) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the license.\n      (2) In cases involving the proposed denial of a license issued under ORS 475C.548, the applicant for licensure may not withdraw the applicant’s application.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","37.
