{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-517.967","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 517.967","heading":"Technical review team.","body":"(1) A technical review team shall be composed of representatives from the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries and each permitting agency and cooperating agency. The technical review team shall:\n      (a) Establish methodology guidelines to be followed in the collection of baseline data;\n      (b) Coordinate with the applicant the use of baseline data collection methodologies as approved by the permitting and cooperating agencies; and\n      (c) Determine whether the mining operation as proposed in the consolidated application complies with ORS 517.956 and any other applicable requirements for a permit listed under ORS 517.971.\n      (2) Each permitting agency and cooperating agency shall designate an appropriate staff member to serve on the technical review team.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","43.
