{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-522.425","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 522.425","heading":"Provisions in rule or order requiring unit operation.","body":"Any rule or order of the governing board of the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries providing for the unit operation of a geothermal resource area may include provisions for:\n      (1) Division of a reservoir into zones;\n      (2) Establishment of spacing units, including a description of their location, size and shape;\n      (3) The integration of separately owned tracts or interests within a spacing unit, the development and operation of the spacing unit and the sharing of production;\n      (4) The protection of existing and future beneficial uses of water;\n      (5) Maintenance of the renewability of geothermal resources and any other natural resources; and\n      (6) Any additional provisions the board considers necessary for carrying out the provisions of this chapter or for protection of the public health, safety and welfare.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","43.
