{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-526.054","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 526.054","heading":"Authority of department to require fingerprints.","body":"For the purpose of requesting a state or nationwide criminal records check under ORS 181A.195, the State Forestry Department may require the fingerprints of a person who:\n      (1)(a) Is employed or is applying for employment by the department; or\n      (b) Provides services or seeks to provide services to the department as a contractor or volunteer; and\n      (2) Is, or will be, working or providing services in a position:\n      (a) That provides forest education or recreation programs for persons under 18 years of age; or\n      (b) In which the person investigates or fights wildland fires and the criminal records check is requested to search for crimes associated with arson.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","44.
