Warrants in payment of the vouchers shall be drawn in favor of the forester and deposited with the State Treasurer to reimburse the revolving account.\n      (2) The forester shall maintain such records as readily disclose the true status of vouchers payable from, and checks outstanding against, the revolving account and the balance to the credit thereof.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","44.
