The area may be public or private and may include single trees, small groups of trees or trees in large groups that would be identified commonly as a forest or woodland.\n      (2) “Urban and community forestry” means the practice of managing, planning, maintaining and promoting the health of the urban forest as a community resource.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","44.
