The forestry carbon offset accounting system shall:\n      (1) Use accepted principles and standards relating to creating, measuring, monitoring, marketing, verifying, registering, transferring and selling carbon offsets used as mitigation for carbon dioxide emissions; and\n      (2) Be consistent with any rules adopted by the State Board of Forestry under ORS 526.786.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","44.
