The State Land Board and the State Board of Forestry, respectively in their regular meetings, shall by separate board resolutions designate and set aside such lands as a part of the Common School Forest Lands. A copy of each board resolution certified by the Director of the Department of State Lands or the State Forester, respectively, together with the description of the lands involved, shall be filed with the Secretary of State, who shall keep such copies and descriptions in conjunction with the auditing records of the State Forestry Department Account.","path":["14 - Drugs and Alcohol, Fire Protection, Natural Resources","44.
