{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-537.145","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 537.145","heading":"Notice of filing of application to appropriate water for hydroelectric purposes.","body":"(1) If an application is made for a permit to appropriate water for hydroelectric purposes, the Water Resources Department shall give written notice of the filing of the application to the owner of any land that is:\n      (a) Adjacent to any portion of the stream in which the quantity of water will be decreased by the project; or\n      (b) Adjacent to the site of the proposed hydroelectric project.\n      (2) The department shall also publish notice of the application in the weekly public notice of the department.","path":["15 - Water Resources, Agriculture and Food","45.
