{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-543.092","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 543.092","heading":"Amendment of hydroelectric water right or claim; rules; unilateral amendment of power claim or uncertificated claim to assess project specific fees.","body":"(1) Upon the request of the holder and the approval of the Water Resources Department, a hydroelectric water right or claim may be amended.\n      (2) The Water Resources Department shall develop rules governing the process by which a hydroelectric water right or claim may be amended. Any amendments under subsection (1) of this section shall:\n      (a) Be consistent with the final unified state position for the project;\n      (b) Be consistent with the requirements of ORS chapter 543A;\n      (c) Cause no injury to other water rights; and\n      (d) Allow for public participation in the amendment process.\n      (3) The Water Resources Director may unilaterally amend a power claim or uncertificated claim in order to assess project specific fees under ORS 543.080.","path":["15 - Water Resources, Agriculture and Food","45.
