{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-561.376","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 561.376","heading":"Legislative findings; State Board of Agriculture duties.","body":"(1) The Legislative Assembly finds and declares that:\n      (a) Agriculture is an important component of the state economy; and\n      (b) The sustainability of natural resources in the state greatly affects the well-being of the residents of the state.\n      (2) The State Board of Agriculture shall advise the State Department of Agriculture regarding the implementation, administration and enforcement of department programs and the development of department policies designed to positively affect the agricultural industry in this state, including but not limited to programs and policies to:\n      (a) Address the continuing changes and adjustments in agricultural industries.\n      (b) Foster the natural resources of the state to provide ample opportunities for productive and beneficial agricultural enterprise.\n      (c) Guide the department in ensuring the viability of the agricultural industry in this state.","path":["15 - Water Resources, Agriculture and Food","46.
