This chapter takes precedence in the event of any conflict with provisions of the Oregon Business Corporation Act.\n      (2) Subject to the limitations of ORS 58.196, all provisions of the Oregon Business Corporation Act governing mergers and conversions apply to domestic and foreign professional corporations.","path":["02 - Business Organizations, Commercial Code","7.
