{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-59.325","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 59.325","heading":"Certified copies of documents; fee; effect of certification.","body":"(1) The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall furnish to any person, upon payment of a fee established by rule, copies (certified if requested) of any document which is a matter of public record. In a proceeding or prosecution under the Oregon Securities Law, a copy so certified shall be prima facie evidence of the contents of the entry or document certified.\n      (2) A certificate of the director as to compliance or noncompliance with licensing or registration provisions of the Oregon Securities Law shall be taken and received in a civil or criminal proceeding in this state as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.","path":["02 - Business Organizations, Commercial Code","7.
