The department may require as a condition preceding the release of livestock from quarantine, that the livestock be tested, treated or examined in accordance with the rules of the department.\n      (2) Imported livestock which is exposed to, infected with or a carrier of disease shall be disposed of as provided by law.","path":["15 - Water Resources, Agriculture and Food","48.
