The fee shall be assessed in the following amounts:\n      (1) For initial construction:\n      (a) Of a full service restaurant, $400.\n      (b) Of a bed and breakfast facility, $190.\n      (c) Of a commissary, $240.\n      (d) Of a warehouse, $150.\n      (e) Of a limited service restaurant, $220.\n      (f) Of a mobile unit, $400.\n      (2) For remodeling:\n      (a) Of a full service restaurant, $225.\n      (b) Of any facility other than a full service restaurant, $100.","path":["15 - Water Resources, Agriculture and Food","49.
