{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-634.127","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 634.127","heading":"Noncommercial pesticide trainee certificate; fee.","body":"(1) In accordance with rules adopted by the State Department of Agriculture, as provided in ORS 634.306 (1), the department shall issue or renew a noncommercial pesticide trainee’s certificate if the applicant or certificate holder:\n      (a) Is at least 18 years of age;\n      (b) Is working under the direct supervision and control of a licensed noncommercial pesticide applicator or, if spraying or otherwise applying pesticides by aircraft, a certified aerial pesticide applicator; and\n      (c) Is in compliance with the applicable provisions of this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter pertaining to noncommercial pesticide applicators.\n      (2) The fee for a noncommercial pesticide trainee’s certificate, or renewal thereof, shall be the same as the license fee for a pesticide applicator.","path":["15 - Water Resources, Agriculture and Food","49.
