The Secretary of State shall maintain a copy of the rule or order, and of the map, as a public record in the office of the Secretary of State. Upon such required filings, the protected area shall be deemed to be a governmental subdivision of the state and a public body corporate.","path":["15 - Water Resources, Agriculture and Food","49.
