The low-impact pesticide application must be made by a pesticide applicator, a noncommercial pesticide applicator or a public applicator. The use of a pesticide applicator, noncommercial pesticide applicator or public applicator to make an application does not cancel, alter or reassign any of the duties imposed under ORS 634.740 or 634.750.","path":["15 - Water Resources, Agriculture and Food","49.
