{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-646a.017","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 646A.017","heading":"Donation and distribution of prohibited cosmetics.","body":"Notwithstanding ORS 646A.009:\n      (1) A cosmetic that does not meet the requirements of ORS 646A.009 may be donated to a food bank, homeless shelter, hospital, animal shelter, corrections facility or emergency shelter.\n      (2) An entity described in subsection (1) of this section that receives a cosmetic donated pursuant to subsection (1) of this section may distribute the cosmetic to an individual who is receiving services from the entity.","path":["16 - Trade Practices, Labor and Employment","50.
