{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-646a.316","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 646A.316","heading":"Warranty claims; payment; time for completion.","body":"Unless otherwise agreed:\n      (1) On a warranty claim, a supplier shall provide reasonable compensation for the retailer’s costs, including but not limited to:\n      (a) Diagnostic services;\n      (b) Repair services;\n      (c) Repair parts; and\n      (d) Labor.\n      (2) For labor on warranty service, a supplier may not pay a retailer an hourly rate that is less than the rate that the retailer charges for nonwarranty service.\n      (3) For repair parts on warranty service, a supplier may not pay a retailer less than the amount that the retailer paid for the parts plus a reasonable allowance for the shipping and handling of the parts.\n      (4) A supplier must allow a reasonable time for a retailer to complete warranty service.","path":["16 - Trade Practices, Labor and Employment","50.
