{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-650.360","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 650.360","heading":"Coercion prohibited.","body":"(1) As used in this section, “coerce” includes threatening to terminate, cancel or fail to renew a dealership agreement without good cause.\n      (2) A grantor may not coerce, or attempt to coerce, a dealer:\n      (a) To purchase a product that the dealer did not order;\n      (b) To enter into an agreement with the grantor; or\n      (c) To take any action that is unfair to the dealer.\n      (3) A grantor may not require a dealer to enter into an agreement that requires the dealer to submit to binding arbitration.","path":["16 - Trade Practices, Labor and Employment","50.
