{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-657b.020","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 657B.020","heading":"Qualifying purposes for benefits; duration of benefits.","body":"(1) A covered individual may qualify for up to 12 weeks of family and medical leave insurance benefits per benefit year for leave taken for any of the following purposes, in any combination:\n      (a) Family leave;\n      (b) Medical leave; or\n      (c) Safe leave.\n      (2) In addition to the leave available under subsection (1) of this section, a covered individual may qualify for up to two additional weeks of benefits for limitations related to pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition, including but not limited to lactation, for a total amount of leave under this subsection and subsection (1) of this section, not to exceed 14 weeks per benefit year.","path":["16 - Trade Practices, Labor and Employment","51.
