{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-658.437","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 658.437","heading":"Duties of labor contractors; duties of person to whom workers provided.","body":"(1) Prior to beginning work on any contract or other agreement the labor contractor shall:\n      (a) Display the license or temporary permit to the person to whom workers are to be provided, or the person’s agent; and\n      (b) Provide the person to whom workers are to be provided, or the person’s agent with a copy of the license or temporary permit.\n      (2) Prior to allowing work to begin on any contract or agreement with a labor contractor, the person to whom workers are to be provided, or the person’s agent shall:\n      (a) Examine the license or temporary permit of the labor contractor; and\n      (b) Retain a copy of the license or temporary permit provided by the labor contractor pursuant to subsection (1)(b) of this section.","path":["16 - Trade Practices, Labor and Employment","51.
