{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-658.445","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 658.445","heading":"Revocation, suspension or refusal to renew license.","body":"The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries may revoke, suspend or refuse to renew a license to act as a labor contractor upon the commissioner’s own motion or upon complaint by any individual, if:\n      (1) The licensee or agent has violated or failed to comply with any provision of ORS 658.405 to 658.511 and 658.991 (2) and (3);\n      (2) The conditions under which the license was issued have changed or no longer exist; or\n      (3) The licensee’s character, reliability or competence makes the licensee unfit to act as a labor contractor.","path":["16 - Trade Practices, Labor and Employment","51.
