{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-659a.343","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 659A.343","heading":"Discrimination based on individual’s presentation of identification other than Real ID prohibited; remedies.","body":"(1) As used in this section, “Real ID” has the meaning given that term in ORS 807.450.\n      (2) A person may not discriminate against an individual because the individual holds or presents a form of government issued identification other than a Real ID.\n      (3) An individual claiming to be aggrieved by a violation of subsection (2) of this section may bring a civil action under ORS 659A.885 and recover the relief as provided by ORS 659A.885 (1) and (3).","path":["16 - Trade Practices, Labor and Employment","51.
