{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-67.606","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 67.606","heading":"Cancellation of registration; effect.","body":"(1) A registration of a limited liability partnership may be canceled by delivering to the office of the Secretary of State for filing a written cancellation notice.\n      (2) The cancellation notice shall contain:\n      (a) The name of the limited liability partnership;\n      (b) The date of filing of the initial application for registration;\n      (c) A statement that the registration of the partnership as a limited liability partnership is being canceled; and\n      (d) A representation by the partner or partners executing the cancellation notice that the cancellation has been approved by a vote of the partners as required by ORS 67.600 (3).\n      (3) A cancellation notice terminates the status of the partnership as a limited liability partnership as of the date of filing the cancellation notice or a later effective date specified in the cancellation notice.
